Demand for Australian Sheepmeat in Japan has been going from strength to strength and for good reason. It’s the inventiveness, creativity, care and passion of the Japanese food industry to deliver the very best taste of Australian lamb to the consumer that drives our growth.
The level of creativeness and diversity is evident particularly in the art of Atjitusuke Jingisuskan products and we thought it was time to bring these fantastic products into the spotlight and compete to show not only the best but importantly the diversity of Kodawari flavours from different dynamic regions of Japan.
